Hostinger
This website is hosted by Hostinger. The provider is Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit our website, Hostinger collects various log files including your IP addresses. Hostinger is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website possible. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hostinger.

4. Third-Party Tools
Google Fonts (local hosting)
This website uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. These fonts are hosted locally. No connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google.
Booking a call
Calls are booked on our own booking page at portal.smapas.com, operated by SMAPAS PTY LTD, which loads no third-party content. When you book, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), your answers to the booking questions, the time you choose, technical data such as your IP address and browser, and how you reached the page (campaign parameters and the referring website). We use this only to arrange and hold the call (APP 3, APP 6). The appointment and its Microsoft Teams invitation are created in our Microsoft 365 calendar, and the booking record is stored with our hosting providers; these service providers may store data outside Australia, including in the European Union (APP 8). We keep booking records only as long as needed to arrange and follow up the call. Privacy requests and complaints can be directed to us first or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Chat assistant (Lina)
The chat assistant on this website is an AI system. What you type is sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft Corporation, via our Azure subscription) to generate an answer, and is not stored by us or kept by the service after the answer is returned. Please do not enter personal or confidential information. We collect what you type only to answer your question (APP 3) and use it for no other purpose (APP 6).

This website sets only strictly necessary cookies unless you allow more. Booking a call uses our own booking page and needs no consent for third-party content. Where enabled, we ask before measuring which pages and links lead to enquiries; measurement data stays with us and is never shared with advertising networks.
