Which recording sources does it accept?
Direct upload of MP3, MP4, M4A, and WAV files, plus native integrations with Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet recordings. Live transcription via browser mic is available as an add-on.
How accurate is the transcription?
95%+ on clear audio with one or two speakers. Diarisation and accuracy drop slightly in noisy environments or with heavy accents — unclear segments are flagged for review rather than silently guessed.
Can it push action items to our project tools?
Yes. Out-of-the-box integrations with Notion, Linear, Jira, and email. Additional tools via Zapier or API. We configure the push during onboarding.
What if a meeting has confidential content?
Recordings are processed in your tenant and deleted after summary generation. No content is stored long-term without explicit opt-in. EU infrastructure, GDPR compliant.
Does it work for client-facing meetings?
Yes. Summaries can be filtered to internal-only or client-shareable views. You control what goes into the recap email before it is sent.
